Dinner is four courses of interesting and imaginative cooking, with a French influence. Local, seasonal produce are key to all our menus and we use free-range poultry and organic meats wherever possible. Our cheese board changes every evening, giving you the opportunity to taste a variety of local and regional cheeses.

Good quality French wine is served with your meal. We have used Cote de Rhone wines from a small producer, Mazurd based in Tulette for the last few years. A selection of alternative wines is also available.

Our menus are planned weekly so any special dietary requirements can always be catered for.

Children’s meals are available and are served early (so parents may put their children to bed before having a relaxing evening meal themselves).

For breakfast freshly baked croissants and breads, free range eggs, fruit juice, a selection of teas, freshly brewed coffee, yogurts, fresh fruit and a selection of cereals. Plenty to keep you skiing until your morning hot chocolate break.

On your return from skiing there is always afternoon tea by the fire for you to help yourselves to, homemade cakes, scones or flapjacks.
